Q. What if there is a problem with my order?

Q. What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit card carriers including but not limited to - Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Maestro, and Cirrus. We also accept PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

Q. What currencies do you support?

Although we can display prices in multiple currencies, we process all orders in USD. In some instances, your bank or credit/debit card carrier may charge a small processing fee for orders paid for in a currency other than USD.

Q. Where is my tracking number?

After an order has been placed, payment processing may take up to 5 days to complete. After your payment has been processed and order packed and shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. If for some reason you have not received a tracking number or missing tracking numbers to particular items. Please contact us at info@bluyeticamping.com to obtain your tracking information.

Q. Where is my order?

Once you are given a tracking number via email, you are able to track the progress of your delivery on our site HERE.

Q. When will I be charged?

Payment processing can sometimes take up to 5 business days to complete. Please allow for up to 5 days for your payment to be completed.

Q. How do I apply my discount code?

Once you have added all of the items that you want to purchase to your cart, proceed to checkout. On the checkout page is where you are able to apply your discount code.

Q. How do I get a return label?

Once the return process had been started by contacting our support team at returns@bluyeticamping.com, a return label will be created and sent to you via email. Please see our Returns Policy for more details.
